Returns

We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience here at  SweetSoles. Returns and Exchanges are gladly accepted but must be made (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt.  Item(s) must be returned in new unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.  Used items cannot be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Items in the Clearance Category are FINAL SALE and are not available for return or exchange.  
  
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:
  
  1. Please login to your account at SweetSoles.com and select the appropriate order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.  Select view details beside order number.  Click the Add New RMA button and fill out the form and submit.  Once RMA is approved by SweetSoles, you will receive an email confirming the return/exchange.  Please wait for RMA approval before sending the merchandise back to us.
  2. Please include the RMA approval email or a copy of the order packing slip with your return/exchange.
  3. The items must be returned in their original packaging.  Please cover the original shoe box with a protective covering, envelope, etc. Shoes returned without protective covering over the shoe box will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.  If your items were shipped without a box, please package item in packaging that will prevent damage to the product during return shipping.
  4. Please put your RMA number on the outside of your return package (lower left corner if possible). 
  5. Return your package to:  SweetSoles, 127 Liberty Drive, Clendenin, WV 25045.
  6.   The customer is resposible for all applicable shipping charges on returns and exchanges.  SweetSoles will invoice for any balance due upon receipt of return merchandise back to us.
 
**Failure to follow these steps may delay the processing of your returned item.**

We will process your return as follows:
 
Regular and Sale Priced Items:
  • May be returned (unless specifically noted otherwise) if postmarked within 7 days of receipt for your choice of refund, in store credit or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your refund or store credit.
  • If you are exchanging an item, please make a hold request on the new item you want when filling out the RMA number request form on our website.   We will try our best to hold items that you request for exchange, but please understand that sometimes items may sell out before we are able to process the request.  You will be notified by email if this would happen. 

 Layaway Orders:

  • May be returned (unless specifically noted otherwise) if postmarked within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.
  • If you cancel a layaway order before it ships, initial deposit and any other payments made will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.  If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your store credit.


Preorder or Special Order Items:
  • May be returned (unless specifically noted otherwise) if postmarked within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.
  • If you cancel a preorder or special order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and store credit will be issued for the remaining payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.  If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your store credit.

Clearance Items:

  • All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE and are not available for return or exchange.
Damaged Items or Fulfillment Mistakes:
  • We will gladly accept defective products or fulfillment mistakes within 7 days of receipt.  Please make sure to inspect your products upon receipt and contact us immediately.
  • Remedies to the situation will be handled on a case by case basis.
  • Shipping charges related to these situations will be covered by SweetSoles. 
 
Returns will be processed within two weeks of receipt, but we try to keep up and complete within just a few business days. Returns without proper documentation do require some research and can take up to 30 days to complete.
